Star Legacy Foundation

The Star Legacy Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing awareness, supporting research, and providing education and advocacy related to stillbirth, pregnancy loss, and neonatal death. Their mission includes empowering families, improving care, and working to prevent such tragedies through community support, resources, and collaboration with health professionals. They provide very helpful information about miscarriage, stillbirth and early infant loss, and support groups.

Push Pregnancy

PUSH: Preventing Stillbirth Through Education and Advocacy is a national organization working to end preventable stillbirth in the US by driving evidence-based education, public health policy, and community empowerment for families, providers, and policymakers. They focus on education, advocacy, and community action to address systemic issues and improve care while centering antiracist principles.

The Worst Girl Gang Ever Foundation

The Worst Girl Gang Ever Foundation is a supportive community for those navigating miscarriage, baby loss, and infertility, offering peer-led courses, drop-in sessions, a podcast, and events to foster connection and healing. Founded by women with lived experience, the organization provides validation, empathy, and resources for anyone feeling isolated during these challenges.

Saying Goodbye Charity

Saying Goodbye is a global support organization, part of the Mariposa Trust, that provides information, advice, and compassionate support to anyone who has experienced the loss of a baby at any stage of pregnancy, birth, or infancy. Founded by Zoe and Andy Clark-Coates, the organization also campaigns for policy change, such as the introduction of official baby loss certificates, and offers diverse resources including events, therapy, publications, and a podcast to help bereaved families around the world.

Founded from personal experience with loss, the company emphasizes meaningful connection and remembrance through thoughtfully designed products, such as custom sweatshirts and special collections like the Father’s Day Edit.

Rainbows for Makenna 

Rainbows for Makenna is a personal blog and support resource that shares experiences of baby loss, grief, and healing, inspired by the life of Makenna Gwen. The site offers heartfelt stories, advice for supporting loss families, reflections on pregnancy after loss, and celebrates meaningful "signs" that bring comfort to Makenna’s loved ones. The community supports a Moms retreat, letters for baby's birthday, Mothers Day, and Father's Day, and connection to the community through a “hug in a mug” exchange.

Return to Zero 

Return to Zero: H.O.P.E. is a national non-profit organization offering inclusive, holistic support and resources for anyone affected by loss during the journey to parenthood, including infertility, miscarriage, stillbirth, and infant or toddler death. Inspired by the true story behind the film “Return to Zero,” RTZ HOPE offers loss support groups and courses to bereaved parents and families to heal, find meaning, and break the stigma associated with pregnancy loss.
